Rescue teams say they are not expecting to find any survivors following a plane crash in Indonesia.
Divers have been deployed to search for those on board the Lion Air flight, which was carrying 189 people.
The pilot had asked to return to Jakarta shortly after take-off.
There are also questions about the aircraft, which had previously been grounded for repairs. The plane was delivered to the company in August.
