Miley Cyrus is being taken to court over an alleged copyright infringement.
Jamaican artist Flourgon claims Miley's hit 'We Can't Stop' borrows lyrics from his 1988 song 'We Run Things'.
In her track, she sings 'we run things, things don't run we', which is virtually the same as what's found in Flourgon's song.
He's also named Miley's manager, Sony Music and RCA Records on the lawsuit, and is looking for 300 million dollars in compensation.
