Manchester have won the Premier League despite not even playing today.
It's after their rivals Manchester United fell to a 1-0 defeat against West Brom at Old Trafford this afternoon.
Jay Rodriguez found the net in a famous win for the league's bottom side.
That result means that City have claimed their first title since the 2013/14 season with five games to spare.
