A man has been arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a Spanish student near Ringsend.
An 18-year-old told Gardai she was taken to a tent on waste ground near Sandymount Strand last weekend.
She was then allegedly tied up and assaulted a number of times.
A 24-year-old man was arrested earlier this week in connection with the incident and was released without charge.
A man is due before the courts this afternoon, charged in connection with a number of offences in connection to the attack.
