Ireland has a new millionaire after last night's National Lottery jackpot of €5.6 million was won.
The winning ticket was sold from Bernard Lynch's Centra shop in Crosshaven, Co Cork.
It remains unclear whether the winning ticket was purchased by an individual or a syndicate.
The winning numbers were 2, 17, 24, 25, 35, 40 and the bonus number was 36.
