Dubliners are still forking out the most money when it comes to rent in Ireland.
It now costs €1,511 to rent a property in a capital, according to figures released by the Residential Tenancies Board for the last quarter of 2017.
Meanwhile, the average rent is now estimated at around €1,054 around the country.
However, in some good news, the rate of increase in rent prices has slowed down.
The figures show a 5.2% increase year-on-year, which is down from 8% at the end of the third quarter.
