Tech giant Huawei has launched a new phone that compares to no other.

The Mate 20 Pro which was launched in London yesterday can act as a wireless charger for other devices by simply placing it back to back with another phone.

The Mate 20 has several other features - including the ability to charge the battery by 70% in just 30 minutes, invisible speakers and a real-time artistic AI cinema mode camera.

The new smartphone will go on sale in a number of countries soon - including the UK, France, Italy and the UAE.

The phone is rather pricey - ranging in price from €799 to €2,095 for a top of the range Mate 20 RS.

This year, Huawei overtook Apple to become the second biggest smart phone seller after Samsung.

The Chinese company shipped 54 million units during the second quarter of 2018.
