With a lot more people getting back to work in the past few years more people are on the roads commuting to work. With some travelling for hours every day from rural to urban Ireland.
In the capital, one in four workers spend over an hour commuting to and from work, while the majority travel at peak times.
According to a survey from jobs.ie, workers would like to see a more flexible work day so they could avoid commuting during rush hour.
Almost half of the respondents said that they would move out of Dublin if it meant a shorter commute.
