A Garda and a man have been shot in North Dublin.
It happened within the past hour in Ballymun.
Details are only emerging but it’s understood Gardai were carrying out a drugs raid at a house when a shot was fired injuring a Garda from the Emergency Response Unit.
Gardai returned fire and a man inside the house was shot.
The Garda and the man have been brought to hospital but it’s understood their injuries are not life threatening
