Dublin Fire Brigade has welcomed 44 new recruits.
The passing out parade took place today, after 17 weeks of training.
They'll now complete a two-year Paramedic programme which includes a 13-week classroom based course and mentored field internships in partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons.
33 new recruits will be entering the training centre at the end of June, to undergo the same training as these 44 probationary firefighters.
