Donald Trump Describes Negative Polls As 'Fake News'

The term 'fake news' has become a much used phrase of Donald Trump since the debacle over a document from intelligence that was leaked to the press.

It's how he described claims that Russia had 'compromising material' on him, and he took aim at CNN and Buzzfeed in particular over those reports last month.

One CNN reporter really got the brunt of it:

A number of polls were released over the weekend, which found Trump had approval rates of under 50 percent, which is very low for a President only two weeks in office.

Today Trump's taken to Twitter to attack sections of the media and question their poll results.

He followed up that tweet with:

The fall-out between Trump and media continues.
