There are 434 new cases of Covid-19 and one additional death.
217 cases are in Dublin, with 30 in Kildare, 30 in Cork, 27 in Limerick, 21 Donegal.
So the remaining 109 cases are spread across 20 other counties.
Today's total is a big drop from yesterday, when 617 cases were reported.
There are 166 people in hospital with the virus - the lowest in over six months - with 48 in intensive care.

Covid 19 Vaccine Rollout Among Homeless Delayed
Elsewhere, the rollout of Covid-19 vaccines to homeless people has been delayed.
It was due to start with the most vulnerable at a Dublin city centre facility on Monday.
But the HSE says the process of rolling out the jabs is still being planned.
Professor of immunology at NUI Maynooth, Paul Moynagh, says it's a good idea to prioritise the homeless:
"Especially with the advent of the Johnson and Johnson, which is a single dose vaccine."
"It may be difficult to reach out to the homeless over time," he says about two dose vaccines like Pfizer.
Adding to that, he says it's disappointing that the rollout has been delayed.
