There has been a further 358 Covid-19 cases reported today.

No deaths continue to be reported following the cyber attack on the Dept of Health.

102 covid patients are in hospital, of which 39 are in ICU.

Meanwhile the HSE's system remains down following last week's cyber-attack and will take several weeks to fully restore.

It's led to ongoing hospital cancellations leading to huge stress for patients.

Mother of two, Carole Troy, from Waterford is on a drug to prevent her breast cancer returning.

She needs a heart scan to stay on the drug, which was due to happen today but has been cancelled:

"The fear of recurrence is the biggest thing you have to deal with as a cancer patient because it never goes away."

"Knowing now that I haven't had any of this drug since February, and knowing now that I don't know when I'll get my scan."

"That's to tell me whether I can or can't restart on this drug."

"It just adds another layer."
