A woman's body has been found in a flat in Rathmines in Dublin.
Gardai are investigating.
The woman's body was found shortly after 12.30 today - in a flat in Rathmines.
The dead woman is believed to have been in her mid-forties - but her identity has not yet been confirmed.
There's no information as yet - on the cause of death, however a post mortem will be carried out tomorrow morning - the results of which will determine the course of the Garda investigation.
The body remains at the scene, which has been sealed off pending a forensic examination.
