That 70s show actor Danny Masterson has been charged with raping three women in the US.
Prosecutors say it relates to separate incidents - allegedly at his home - between 2001 and 2003.
As a result of the allegations, he was written out of the Netflix show The Ranch in December 2017.
The allegations emerged at the height of the MeToo movement.
A lawyer for the 44-year-old - who played Steven Hyde on the show - says the allegations are false.
In a statement, his lawyer Thomas Mesereau said Masterson and his wife, the actress Bijou Philips, were in "complete shock".
He also said: "We're confident that he will be exonerated when all the evidence finally comes to light and witnesses have the opportunity to testify."
