Netflix have announced plans to remake some of our favourite Roald Dahl classics.

The streaming service will be a new home for characters like Willy Wonka and Matilda.

Not much is known about how the stories will be told, but they will be extended animated versions.

Here's the full list of titles included in the Netflix deal are: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda, The BFG, The Twits, Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator, George’s Marvellous Medicine, Boy: Tales of Childhood, Going Solo, The Enormous Crocodile, The Giraffe and the Pelly and Me, The Wonderful Story of Henry Sugar and Six More, Billy and the Minpins, The Magic Finger, Esio Trot, Dirty Beasts, and Rhyme Stew.

So basically all of them!

According to Netflix the adaptations will be “event series and specials."
