Zoey 101 actress Jamie Lynn Spears is gearing up for a role in the new Netflix series Sweet Magnolias.
Her return to TV is well and truly overdue considering it's been nearly 10 years since she last appeared on our screens.
Britney Spears' little sister got her first movie role in Crossroads back in 2002.
She later went on to play the lead role in the Nickelodeon hit series Zoey 101.

Today Netflix announced that the 28-year-old will star in a brand new series for the streaming service.
Sweet Magnolias is based on the book series by Sherryl Woods.

Spears will play a character named Noreen Fitzgibbons in the show.
Noreen's a young woman who's made some fairly questionable decisions in her lifetime.
As a result, she's trying to build a new life for herself.
Netflix have not yet announced the release date but we're excited!
