An emotional farewell to Modern Family

The cast of Modern Family have been sharing pictures and videos from their final day on set this week.

They've worked together for over a decade and now it's time to say goodbye.

Haley Dunphy actress Sarah Hyland shares a series of photos from her time on set.

The first photo shows her standing by her trailer while the second post is a video of the whole cast on the final day.

They're seen clinging onto each other as they sing Good Riddance (Time Of Your Life).

Sarah doesn't stop here; she goes on to share photos of herself and her onscreen siblings.

She captions the post, '11 years together is proof you and your tv sister will start wearing the same outfit, siblings for life will be made, and you’ll forever fight over the same professor.'

The TV star adds, 'We’ll always be Dunphys and we’ll always have each other.'
