Ben Coomber used to be obese and suffered with IBS, ADHD, Eczema and Asthma. He woke one day and decided that he had to change. His life and career depended on it. Ben has lost 5.5 stone of fat and put on 2.5 stone of muscle and developed himself into what he calls an everyday athlete.

The limits we place on ourselves will determine our long-term outcome The end result is built by you What are you trying to plan for and how are you holding yourself back? What limits are you giving yourself? Not enough money, too old, not enough time, not fit enough, don't know how... So how can you remove that layer of bullshit you keep telling yourself that’s holding you back? 1) Make a plan 2) Give it a time frame 3) Figure out what tools you need to help you get there 4) Remove the blockers that held you back last time, find a solution to THAT problem 5) Know WHY you’re going to do it, without a true and meaningful why you are but lost It doesn’t happen by chance or by blaming your surroundings, there is a way... Design your future, it’s worth planning, make the time...
