LEON

Healthy fast food chain LEON open its first Irish restaurant this week.

Located in Temple Bar, the restaurant chain bases its food on the Mediterranean diet.

At LEON they believe that fast food can be tasty and good for you and the planet.

A selection of food boxes make up the main menu.

These include the Chicken Satay Hot Box and the Sicilian Chicken Meatballs box.

There are a number of wraps on offer including a Grilled Halloumi Wrap and a Fish Finger Wrap.

If you're in the mood for a burger you can choose between the Koran Chicken Burger and the Chargrilled Chicken Burger.

Salads, baked fries, homemade dips and flatbreads make up the sides menu.

Vegan

LEON offers a decent vegan menu.

There are three main options: a Brazilian Black Bean box, a Harissa Falafel Wrap and The Love Burger, a beetroot soya patty.

The Baked Fries, Crushed Pea Salad and Fresh Slaw are also vegan.

As is the hummus, chili sauce, ketchup, vinaigrette and flatbread.

We recommend The Love Burger with Baked Fries!

LEON also offers dessert, children's and breakfast menus.

Poached Egg Pots, Sourdough Muffins, Porridges and Breakfast Boxes make up the majority of the breakfast menu.

There's also coffees, teas and an extensive soft drinks list.

LEON opens at 17 Crown Alley, Temple bar on Wednesday 15th May.
