The Iveagh Garden Hotel has just opened on Harcourt Street.
Its 152 bedrooms over four stories range from deluxe to premium suites equipped with balconies that look over city centre park.
Downstairs At The Iveagh is the hotel's venue and function room. It can cater for 300 and all food is cooked by head chef Darren O'Brien.
Other stand out features include the tall Georgian windows facing the street, the two tiered bistro area and the leafy outdoor terrace.
Perhaps the coolest thing about the new hotel is that it's Europe's first and only hotel to develop a unique low energy system which creates the lowest possible carbon footprint.
A river flows 50 meters below the building cooling and heating the hotel without the need to burn fuel.
