Mother Dublin have just announced the Mother Pride Opening Party 2026, taking place on Friday, June 26th, as the spectacular kick off to 2026 Pride celebrations at the National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks.
Headlining the Opening Party are none other than Scissor Sisters! The legendary queer pop superstars whose anthems, attitude, and audacity have defined a generation.
Fresh from their highly anticipated reunion in 2025 including a UK arena tour, a legendary Saturday night Glastonbury set and a co-headline summer tour with Kesha across the USA, Scissor Sisters are keeping the party going!
Known for global hits including I Don’t Feel Like Dancin’, Take Your Mama, and Let’s Have a Kiki, Scissor Sisters will bring their iconic energy to the Mother Pride Opening Party mainstage for a milestone performance guaranteed to set the tone for an unforgettable weekend.
Joining Scissor Sisters will be Iconic musician, producer, director, and performance artist Peaches for a very special DJ Set.
Also appearing at the Mother Pride Opening Party will be The Queen Of Ireland; Panti Bliss, Tara Kumar, Mother DJs with the full supporting lineup to be announced in the months ahead.

The Opening Party launches a massive weekend across June 26th and 27th, expanding the Mother Pride Block Party into a multi day experience of music, art, community, and queer joy in the heart of Dublin City.
