1) The Fringe Festival, 9th - 24th

The Fringe is back this weekend! Such a perfect opportunity to soak up the theatre talent in Ireland. 2) The Doggie Do with Dogs Trust, Sunday @ Herbert Park

The Doggie Do with Dogs Trust is a family-friendly festival for and about dogs on September 10th 2017 at Herbert Park. We'll have cultural chats and artistic workshops at The Cultured Canine, a chill out area called Doggie & Soul, great ReTail Therapy shopping and of course the crowning of ‘The Dog Of Dublin 2017’ at our Canine Costume Competition. 3) Dublin Dragon Boat Regatta, Saturday & Sunday 

Feel like sailing away this weekend? Listen up... "The IDBA in conjunction with Plurabelle Paddlers are holding their 7th international dragon boat regatta in Dublin, Ireland's capital city. Teams are invited to take part in a fun filled day of dragon boat racing. NO previous experience is required. We will provide the equipment and helms, you just provide the paddlers and drummer. Breast Cancer Ireland’s Great Pink Run with Avonmore Slimline Milk – Saturday 9th September 2017 in the Phoenix Park. With a 10k Challenge with Irish Olympian, Sonia O Sullivan, setting the pace as well as a 5k Fun Run, Jog or Walk the dog, there IS something for everyone, men, women and children as everyone knows someone who has been affected. This is a great way to come out and show your support and help us in our Race for a Cure. With 1 in 9 women developing the disease in their lifetime, everybody knows someone that has been affected, whether a family relative, friend, or member within the community – making it all the more important to continue investing in research to help transform breast cancer from often being a fatal disease to a long term treatable illness.
