3) Shape The Future @ NCAD 

The NCAD Gallery is exhibiting Shape the Future, an exhibition of new work by twenty of Ireland’s most exciting and creative designer makers who have been awarded Future Makers prizes and development funding in the last seven years. Working across Fashion, Jewellery, Accessories, Textiles, Furniture, Product, Glass, Ceramics and Leather; each of the twenty maker designers are creating new work in response to the exhibition thematic. 4) Werk @ The Science Gallery, Saturday 

Are robots gonna take over the world?! Science Gallery presents WERK*: a one-day careers event for Transition Year and Senior Cycle secondary school students, which aims to explore the jobs of the future, the varied pathways to what may not have even been deemed ‘success’ in our parents’ time, the reasons to take a risk, the learning curve of failure, and the inspiration to make a difference in the world. 5) Secret Screenings @ Rathmines Omniplex, Monday  

This sounds unreal and perfect for movie buffs. Secret Screenings will give movie fans the chance to see a major new film before anyone else, but like every good plot, there is a twist.  Movie goers will be comfortably seated with treats in hand before the film itself is revealed as the opening credits start to roll.
