1. Warm Up

This leg work out with @louiseparkermethod was pretty tough but V effective! 10 lunge jumps on each side, 10 one leg lunges each side, 30 second squat walk, 10 weighted single leg deadlifts X 4 sets! If it’s not difficult then you need to push yourself more, I hated this but it was worth it â˜ºï¸ actually did it again today at home!

3. HIIT Workout
The Body Coach is renowned for his quick and easy at home workouts. Give this 15 minute HIIT session a go:
4. Abs and Core
If you've some energy left over after all that, then get stuck into this 12 minute cardio, abs and core workout:
