Here's How You Can Get Fit & Raise Money For Charity This Movember

Movement Fitness and Movember Ireland are teaming up to help you get fit and raise money for charity.

They've launched a 28-day Mo Moves Fitness Challenge happening at Movement Fitness's Donnybrook and Ballsbridge locations.

The challenge kicks off this Saturday 3rd November with a nutrition seminar in Donnybrook Stadium focusing on fat burning and muscle building. Participants will then take part in 28 days of HIIT classes.

You'll get all the tips you need to get in shape fast and all in aid of a good cause!

The Classes:

You'll attend up to three HIIT classes a week. All classes are supervised by an experienced personal trainer and they are designed to burn fat, build muscle and help you tone up.  The classes are held at Energia Stadium in Donnybrook and Wanderers Rugby Club on the Merrion Road, Ballsbridge.

The Timetable:

Classes are held mornings, evenings and Saturdays. Check out the full timetable here.

The Results:

Movement have teamed up with weight loss and muscle building specialists 3XB Training to deliver the program. 100% of those who completed their last 28-day challenge saw a major change to either their body weight or shape. There are no fad diets, no carb cutting, and pints are acceptable.
