Ireland's biggest club workout & brunch event is coming to Dublin this February.
FitYard comes from the brains behind MOVEMENT+ and is set to be an experience like no other.
Happening in Jam Park, Swords on February 15th, the event will be a combination of dancing, fitness classes and brunch.
Whether you're an experienced gym-goer or looking to start a new healthy routine, the event is suitable for all fitness levels.
What to expect
Across the day you can take part in workout classes led by expert trainers.
Daniella Moyles kicks the day off with Yoga. Expect a zen environment with soothing visuals, lighting themes and cool audio surroundings.
Crew Class Dublin & Movement will be leading a high energy high octane calorie busting workout in main room from 10:30am.
Niall O'Toole, 3 x Olympian and World Champion rower, is bringing a hard-core rowing workout.
BOX FIT will have you moving like a butterfly , stinging like a bee in a class led by Irish pro boxer champs Victor Rabei & Tony Browne. Learn basic boxing techniques and workout like a real boxer with conditioning and core exercises.
All of this takes place in a fully immersive audiovisual environment with live DJs & MCs to keep you rocking through rowing and burpees.
EatYard will be on hand to fuel you for the day with healthy brunch and snacks.
The menu includes:
- Vegan Overnight Oats soaked in almond milk with shredded apple, orange zest & toasted almonds
- Homemade granola with Greek yoghurt and mixed berry compote
- Scrambled free range eggs on wholemeal toast with avocado
- Protein pancakes with peanut butter, banana & maple syrup
