Swim in the lake:

Pack your swimsuits because revelers will have the chance to swim in the Stradbally Hall lake this weekend. With highs of 21 degrees and 40 thousand people crossing their fingers for dry weather let's hop the rain holds off. The lake is open to adults on Friday 4pm -7pm and Saturday/Sunday 9am - 10am and 1:30pm - 7pm.

Check out a talk at Mindfield:

Mindfield aims to explore the nature of creativity in Ireland through debates, talks, poetry, speeches, theater and literature. Blindboy Boadclub of The Rubberbandits will be hosting The Leviathan Stage which will feature a Repeal The 8th conversation and lots more.

Wake up with morning yoga:

Head down to the Global Green each morning for a kick-off yoga session to rejuvenate you for the day ahead. While you're down that neck of the woods why not get involved with a discussion on local and global issues at the Convergence Cafe or plant seeds for positive social change in the community garden?

Chill out in a hot tub:

The Zen Gardens and Immerse Spa Experience in the Body & Soul arena are the perfect places to take some time to recover from the night before. Hop into a hot tub, book in for a holistic treatment or take part in a number of healing workshops to get you back on track.

Visit the mother ship:

For those who've had enough of planet earth a brand new area is launching at this year's festival. Transmission will host a lineup of vinyl-only DJs against the backdrop of a giant UFO suspended among the trees. Cameras built into the ship will project the audience onto surrounding screens. Trippy.

Discover The Hazel Wood:

The Hazel Wood is returning for a second year and bringing with it mesmerising visual installations, performance art and music with The Gaiety School of Acting, Footsbarn Theater Company and lots more set to perform over the weekend.
