Love Island's Chris speaks out
It was reported last week that Love Island stars Chris and Harley had called it quits.
The Harry Potter fanatic has since revealed in a statement that they hadn't split up last week despite reports.
It wasn't until last night that they made the decision to call it quits on their summer romance.

The former islander wrote a touching tribute to his former flame on Instagram.
'I’m sad to say that both Harley and I have parted ways and came to this decision last night, despite rumours from the media last week.'
He goes on, 'Both of us have been very busy with separate opportunities and haven’t had enough quality time for each other.'
'We both have the upmost support and respect for one another and the decision was made amicably.'
He concludes his post, 'I wish her all the best and will always be glad we rode the Love Island adventure together.'
'I will be very proud of everything she has done and everything she’ll do. The future is bright crumpet go get em! Chris xx'

Chris and Harley
The former couple met on this year's Love Island.
She made her bombshell appearance alongside India Reynolds later in the series.
He had been pursuing a romance with India before he realised she was crazy about Ovie.
It wasn't until Harley approached him that he even considered a relationship with her.
He had said she was very young so it didn't even cross his mind.
However, after spending some time together they realised they were compatible so they coupled up.
Harley however, has yet to make any comment.
