Liam Hemsworth files for divorce
Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth announced their split after eight months of marriage just last week.
It looks like Liam isn't wasting any time as it's reported he's already filed for divorce.
According to E! News, he cited, 'irreconcilable differences,' as the reason for the breakup.
The publication obtained the court documents which allegedly reveal he's not requesting spousal support.

A sources tells the outlet, 'They have a prenup and have kept earnings separate during the marriage.'
'There is not a lot to divide other than the animals. They both have houses that were purchased individually before the marriage.'
The insider admits, 'Liam is just done with it. There is no turning back and he knows he wants to move on.'
'They have not had a lot of communication. There is nothing to say.'
Liam's been spending time at home
The Hunger Games star has been spending a lot of time with family in Australia since the split.
'He needed to get out of town and away from it all to be able to get some perspective.'
'He is with the people he loves and just taking each day as it comes.'
'Everyone has been very supportive and trying to take his mind off of things.'
'He's not in a rush to figure out where to go next.'

The breakup
It's believed the pair called it quits in order to focus on themselves and their own careers.
A representative for Miley told E! News, 'Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time.'
'Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers.'
'They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart.'
A separate source says, 'They have been trying to make it work for months now...'
'But haven't felt they were connecting on the level they were feeling when they got married last year.'
'It's been a rough year.'
Liam is allegedly, 'focused on a more simplified lifestyle while Miley has been preparing for a new wave of her music career.'
'She has been ready to put out music and be back in the game touring and performing.'
'They really grew apart. Miley and Liam have still been communicating and it wasn't a messy split...'
'But they have decided they are at different points in their lives currently.'
