Kim Kardashian has reportedly filed a $10m lawsuit against Missguided

Kim Kardashian is sick and tired of fashion brands, 'rip[ping] off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers.'

She took to Twitter to express her outrage writing that it's 'devastating to see.'

In her social media rant, she failed to mention any names.

However, E! News have reported that she's filed a lawsuit against Missguided.

They say it's 'for using her trademarked name and likeness to promote its product online.'

The publication reports they've obtained the documents of the lawsuit

The documents allegedly state that it's a, 'blatant and willful violation of her statutory and common law rights of publicity.'

'companies have sought out ways to leverage [Kim's] celebrity status and social media following without seeking her consent.'

'Missguided shoppers know the score—We're about the celeb look, for people without their bucks.'

'For the record, as much as we love her style, we're not working with Kim on anything.'

Kim's massive Twitter rant

Kim ranted about the behaviour of online fashion brands on Twitter.

'I’ve watched these companies profit off my husband’s work for years...'

'Now that it’s also affecting designers who have been so generous to give me access to their beautiful works, I can no longer sit silent.'

'Only two days ago, I was privileged enough to wear a one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress....'

'In less than 24 hours it was knocked off and thrown up on a site - but it's not for sale.'

'You have to sign up for a waitlist because the dress hasn’t even been made to sell yet.'

'This is a way to get people to sign up for their mailing list and make people believe there is some kind of relationship between me and this fashion site. There is not.'

'My relationships with designers are very important to me.'

'So, as always, don’t believe everything you read and see online.'

'I don’t have any relationships with these sites.'

'I’m not leaking my looks to anyone, and I don’t support what these companies are doing.'

Kim has yet to comment on the reports.
