It's reported Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx have called it quits after six years together.
According to sources, the pair have been broken up a couple months now.
News of their split comes just three days after Foxx was spotted holding hands with singer Sela Vave outside a nightclub in LA.
A source tells People, 'She’s just a girl he’s helping out, a young singer.'
It's believed the pair have been separated for a while now.
An eyewitness at La Esquina restaurant last week overheard Holmes discussing the split with a friend.
The source tells PageSix that she told her friend, 'What Jamie does is his business — we haven’t been together for months.'
While another source close to the couple tells the publication that they broke up in May this year.

The pair started seeing each other in 2013 shortly after she divorced Tom Cruise.
They didn't make their first public appearance together until Clive Davis’ Pre-Grammys Gala in New York last year.

In January this year, a source told People that they had been trying to see each other as much as possible.
