If you're looking for a new spot to try this weekend when you've some time off, we've found just the place. 

Grind and Grub in Terenure has something that is bound to take your fancy. They offer healthy alternatives including delicious protein shakes and a nutritious food menu made daily in their kitchen by their wonderful chef using the freshest, locally supplied Irish produce.

Their breakfast menu looks divine.

The Big Breakkie - 2 sausages, fried egg, bacon, white pudding, grilled tomato, hash brown, mushroom, toast.

Eggs Benedict - Poached eggs, sourdough bread, smoked ham, rocket, hollandaise sauce.

French Toast - served with a berry compote, maple syrup and crispy bacon.

If you're heading for lunch, theirs a lovely range of salads.

Baked goats cheese, beetroot, caramelized onions, mixed leaves. toasted almonds, roasted red pepper and balsamic dressing

The creative salad - butternut squash, avocado, sundried tomatoes, mixed beans, baby spinach, pomegranate

Pulled pork salad, jalapenos, bbq sauce, mixed leaves with roasted red peppers.

They also offer a range of protein shakes. 

Berry Berry Good - Strawberry whey protein, 8 raspberries, 4 strawberries, 15 blueberries, 1half cup of milk, ice

Whey more nuts - Chocolate protein, 1 tsp peanut butter, 1 half cup of milk, ice.

Porridge shake - 1 cup of oats, vanilla protein, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, honey, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, milk, ice
