The 24th SAG or Screen Actors Guild Awards took place in Hollywood on Sunday.
Among the winners was Morgan Freeman who collected the Life Time Achievement Award.
During his acceptance speech he was interrupted by what many people presumed to be a rude audience member. You can see the awkward moment here:
It's since emerged that everyone got it wrong. Mr. Freeman was just saying hey to his friend Lily Tomlin.
Speaking to reporters backstage he cleared up the misunderstanding explaining, "Yeah. That was Lily Tomlin. She’s a wonder in herself, and I’ve always loved her. I see her, I say hello.”
