The little girl who went viral last week after Drake surprised her in hospital is getting a heart transplant.
11-year-old Sofia Sanchez has cardiomyopathy, a heart muscle condition and is a heart transplant patient at Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago.
Sofia turned 11 last week and made two birthday wishes, one of which was to meet her idol Drake and the second was that she would receive a new heart.
Now it looks like both of Sofia's wishes have been granted. She got the news yestersday that she'll be getting a life saving heart transplant.

Last week Drake surprised Sofia at her hospital in Chicago, he spent time with his young fan talking about Justin Bieber, owls and basketball.
