Ohh, Vanity Fair. What have you done?
The magazine has made headlines over their annual pre-Oscars photoshoot with some of the biggest names in the business, but, it's not for the best reason.
The publication has experienced, erm, a minor photoshop fail.
Featuring on this year's cover are the likes of Oprah, Reese Witherspoon, Nicole Kidman, Gal Gadot, among others.
Readers have been quick to notice that some of the celebs are looking slightly mutilated.
Reese Witherspoon has an extra leg:

Reese responded hilariously to the accident. She wrote 'Well...I guess everybody knows now...I have 3 legs. I hope you can still accept me for who I am. (and I will never apologize for snuggling Oprah. If you get the opportunity, I highly recommend it.'
That wasn't the only fail. Oh, no. Oprah has a third hand.
