Well, it's happening.

Whether you like it or not, Donald Trump is going to be President of the United States today, taking over from Barack Obama.

That means he's going to be the leader of one of the most powerful nations in the world.

It was after a bitter election campaign with Hillary Clinton, where Trump came under fire for a number of comments, such as the claims that he'll build a wall on the border of Mexico.

Nonetheless, a number of parodies have come out of it which did provide us with a number of laughs, however a lot of people could argue that it could have played a part in the numbers of people who went out to vote for Trump.

Having said that, these are just some of the times the internet targeted Donald Trump for our own amusement:

1. 'TrumpSings' The Chainsmokers hit 'Closer

Someone got a number of Trump's speeches and put a montage together, which makes it sound like he's singing 'Closer'.

2. SNL's various sketches, which went viral!

Saturday Night Live and Alec Baldwin made themselves an enemy in Donald Trump, thanks to the numerous sketches that were done with Baldwin starring as The Donald. The one above was one of the best SNL put together.

3. Trump sings 'Mahna, Mahna' from The Muppets

This is outstandingly done. All it does is take moments from one of the debates with Hilary Clinton, and uses the hand and mouth movements to make it sound like this Muppets classic!

Speaking of hand movements...

4. Life Accordian To Trump

This is the latest one, which took segments of a recent press conference by Trump, and an accordian was placed in between his hands for comedic purposes.
