Reminders is the second release off of BECAH's upcoming EP Freak, which is due out later this year.
The EP tells the story of the aftermath of a toxic relationship and the full circle moment she's had since then.

Sarina asked BECAH how it feels to release such personal music. She said that despite being a relatively closed book, music is her outlet and helps her process the emotions.
They also discussed the possibility of the song's subject hearing it, which BECAH said wouldn't really matter because she's so far passed it.

Living in the North of Ireland, BECAH has had the chance to get back gigging, which she said was nerve-wracking at first. However, she quickly settled back in to it.
When asked what's her dream, she said she'd love to be able to pursue music as her full-time career.
