Soda Blonde
This week's One To Watch is Soda Blonde. Lead singer Faye joined Sarina on Saturday's Plan B to tell her about their EP they created during isolation.
Soda Blonde was formed last year by four members of the critically acclaimed Little Green Cars.
Faye O’Rourke, Adam O’Regan, Dylan Lynch and Donagh Seaver O’Leary’s produce their own music, along with all the artwork and visuals too.

‘isolation • content’ - our new EP coming May 29th #soda blonde #isolation #Content
2019 saw the foursome release their debut EP, Terrible Hands and support it with a series of sold out shows in their hometown, toured across Ireland and in Manchester and London.
This lead to them being asked to support Sinead O’Connor at her Iveagh Gardens show (now postponed to the Summer of 2021).
Now they've released their second EP with their new sound and have a debut album almost finished.
Isolation - content EP
The group didn't want to stop making music during lockdown. This forced them to develop new processes of working.
What was born was isolation - content.
The collection features a number of songs leah singer Faye wrote throughout her early 20s. It includes Motion, which we heard on Saturday's Plan B.
