Eva Campbell
All the buzzers and chairs have been turned for this season’s The Voice UK.
It is now battle stages and someone going into battle is our very own, Eva Campbell.
Almost didn’t make it
17 year old, Eva, from Skerries, was convinced she wasn’t going to make it past the blind auditions.
When none of the chairs were turning, she had to give herself a pep talk to keep singing.
Team Ollie
Even when Ollie’s chair turned, she thought she missed her chance as he turned as she hit her final note.
She is thrilled to be on team Ollie. When asked which judge did she want to turn their chair for her, Eva said that she was happy for any of them to press the button for her.
Back to School
Life has gone back to normal for Eva since the blind auditions.
She is in 5th year so it was right back to school, and this week, straight into exams.
Usually a book worm, it was hard for her to fully focus on the exams but she gave them her best shot.
The Battles
Her main focus right now is tonight’s battle. We won’t know the outcome until it airs, however Eva knows the answer.
She hasn’t had any problems keeping the secret though as she has been able to share the result with her immediate family and some close friends.
