Amy Naessons joined us in studio for this week's One To Watch to perform her new single.

Having played the likes of Electric Picnic last year, Amy also sold out Whelan's in January at the launch of the single.

Amy told Sarina all about the work that goes into organising a gig like that, and what it was like to support Hudson Taylor.

She also revealed the story behind To Be The One You Chose.
