Irish Audiences

John told Sarina that while he has played to massive audiences around the world, there is nothing like playing in front of an Irish crowd. The energy they bring to a gig is like no other.

You’d think that John would have a prepared set list before he takes to the stage but he would rather read the crowd and play what works on the night.

John is loved world over but it has taken him a while to get used to saying he has fans. He created Fan Friday (a day he asks fans to send in photos to include on his timeline) as a way to say thanks to his fans and also get his head around the concept.
