It's Father's Day tomorrow so on today's Plan B we celebrated the day by crowning our favourite Irish Da. The competition was tough - Derry Girls' Granda Joe (Ian McElhinny) took the title from his son-in-law Gerry (Tommy Tiernan), Snapper Dad Dessie (Colm Meanie) and Gleeson Patriach, Brendan Gleeson.

Granda Joe and Gerry (Derry Girls)

Granda Joe loves his family but can not stand his son-in-law Gerry. Gerry has been married to Mary for almost 18 years but Joe still doesn't think he's good enough for his daughter and does all in his power to split them up.

Dessie (The Snapper)

Even though The Snapper was released back in 1993, the grá people have for dad, Dessie, is still as strong as it ever was. He is funny, sharp and very protective of his family, especially his daughter Sharon.

Brendan Gleeson

Brendan is not a TV character but we all love him and would love a Da like him. He is a father of four and has even worked with two of his sons, Domhnall and Brien, on stage. When he spoke to Sarina on Plan B he spoke about how he feels about his son's being a part of the entertainment industry.

Listen back to hear Jessica Maciel share who she thinks the Best Da is and she also has some father's day gift ideas.
