During the week, it was reported that young people want the way sex education is taught in schools changed.

Youth Work Ireland says “the slow pace of change when it comes to discussing issues like sexuality and consent in the classroom is causing deep frustration”.

Someone who has been frustrated with the way we don’t talk about sex is journalist Aisling Keenan. So much so that she has decided to get the conversation going with her brilliant podcast series – Private Education.

Aisling joined Sarina on Plan B to talk about why we need to talk about about sex and relationships more in Ireland.

She has many people turning to her for advice on many things when it comes to relationship and to intimacy.

So much so that she decided that there was a real need for a podcast that wasn’t afraid to talk about these things. That’s how Private Education came about.

Aisling shared some of the most common questions she gets asked and has also agreed to visit again and answer some of our listeners’ most asked questions.
