When he first started out in the entertainment industry, Jake Carter was known as Nathan Carter’s little brother but not anymore. He’s now Jake Carter, Dancing with the Stars champion, TV presenter, Panto Star and of course pop star!
Next week he releases his next pop hit, I Won’t Be Leaving so he joined Sarina on today’s Plan B for a chat and to give the song its first ever radio play.

Jake is nervous for people to hear the song but also excited. He has finally found the kind of music he wants to make and has loved doing it.
Having previously admitted to feeling like he had lived in his brother’s shadow, the 21-year old is now seeking to firmly establish himself as a pop star in the mould of Olly Murs and Justin Timberlake and create music that reflects who he really is and not who people think he should be.
Jake has loved taking all of the opportunities that have come his way. It's pushed him out of his comfort zone but also confirmed that music is his number one love.
He's looking forward to panto season but can’t wait for 2020 where it will be all about the music!
