James Bay is back with his most personal music yet, with his new single Chew On My Heart.

He told Sarina, on Saturday's Plan B, that he had the title of the song, which is about his girlfriend, long before he had even written the song.

James was in Nashville writing music before lockdown happened and revealed he was happy to get home.

While he has been home, he has been giving insta-live guitar lessons.

He has also invested in a ring light after seeing how "angel like" it makes him look on camera.

James said it is quite scary and a very vulnerable feeling, making music that is so personal to him but is thrilled to be sharing it with the world.
