Darren is behind men's grooming brand Kennedy & Co. He's also a writer and a major dog lover! His pooch Harry made an appearance during our chat.
One of Darren's favourite things is sea swimming, which he does as often as he can. He's also loving POSE on Netflix at the moment and listens to Oprah's Soul Food conversations for a bit of a lift.
