There's a warning hot weather could be deadly for pets.
Dogs can quickly become overheated during higher temperatures and suffer heat stroke.
The advice from experts is to walk dogs in the early morning or late evening when it's cooler outside.
Melanie Kevelighan from Dogs Trust says there's one very important thing to remember when it comes to looking after pets in the heat:
"Never ever leave your dog alone in a hot car, and parking in the shade or rolling down the windows actually does very little to keep the car cool."
"These temperatures are way to hot for dogs, they rely on panting to cool themselves down so in those confined warm conditions it can quickly become dangerous."
The Blue Cross meanwhile is urging dog owners to go for walks when its cooler in the morning or later in the evening.
Vet, Dr Ciara Sweeney has this advice for owners who think their pet might be going through heat problems.
"We'd recommend taking them out of the sun, get them into the shade, get them a drink of water if they able to have that."
"You can also put some cold or cool water on the hairless parts of their body, like their belly."
"Then just get in contact with your local vet."
