More damaging gusts are on the way, with Storm Jocelyn tracking towards Ireland.

It's not expected to bring the same level of destruction as Storm Isha last night - however, nationwide wind warnings have been issued until the early hours of Wednesday morning.

Around 155,000 ESB customers remain in the dark, as of 3pm Monday, after power lines were downed last night.

Jocelyn's Arrival

Gerry Murphy from Met Éireann has this update:

"Storm Jocelyn is going to take a quite similar path as Storm Isha, but its not going to be anywhere near as strong."

"People around the country should be aware of that."

Gerry says this is "another Atlantic depression" that will move up towards the North of the island tomorrow evening and night.

"But the depression centre is further away, to the North," he said.
