A 24-year-old man has died following an assault at a hostel in the city.
Gardaí have launched a murder investigation following the incident at Harrington House.
He was taken to St. James' Hospital, where he later passed away from his injuries.
It’s understood he may have been stabbed following a row with another resident.
A 41-year-old man has been arrested and is being questioned at a Dublin Garda Station.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.
